| Research summary

- It is necessary that the development of high performance soft nano-electronic devices which has both of the outstanding performance of conventional silicon-based devices and the good flexibility of soft materials. - In this project, high performance soft nano-electronic devices will be demonstrated by developing the optimized fabrication process which is suitable for soft nano-material, and the cutting-edge technologies for converging soft nano-electronic devices in large scale platform. - In addition, materials and devices related core technologies will be developed by technological convergence of soft nano-electronic devices in large scale platform to realize next-generation, , industrial, system-level soft electronics.
